3(12!)-15(11!) = 3*12*11! - 15*11! = (36-15)*11! = 21*11!
[22(11!)+22!] = [(21+1)(11!)+22!] = 21*11! + 11! + 22!
22! = 11!*12*13*..*21*22 = 11!*21*(12*13...20*22)
So, 22! is divisible by 21*11!
21*11! is divisible by 22*11!
We are left with 11!
So, [(21+1)(11!)+22!] when divided by 21*11! leaves 1*11! = 11!

That is the quotient, not remainder.
Example: 16 when divided by 2 gives quotient of 8, but the remainder is zero.
