I think its A vs E

A - use of IS indicates certainity and therefore we require WILL not WOULD (that indicates a conditional possibility);

secondly IS MORE RANDON AND MORE ENFORCED ==> IS RANDOM (ADVERB); IS ENFORCED (VERBAL). thereofore non-parallel

E presents the same thoughts in more concise manner

IMO E

Its definitely between A and E. Were cannot come here as this is not something that's impossible.
Will or Would? I get awfully confused between these two. Can any one please explain the Will Vs Would conundrum ?
