Hugo is considered to be our best employee, becasue he works harder and more creatively than anyone else in the comp.

1) What would be the superlative form for "Works Harder" - works harderst? :) doesnt sound great.

2) If we were to change the above sentence:
becasue he works ______ (hard) and _____ (creative) than all employees in the comp.

(MGMAT - SC - Page 131 - Q14.)

Thanks in advance.

IMO the statement should look like:

Because He is the most hard working and the most creative among all employees.
