The diameter of a circle is 4 restricted in a diamond having minimum perimeter.what is the perimeter?

A diamond is the same as a rhombus, which in turn can be a square. A circle with a diameter of 4 will give you a square with a perimeter of 16. That is the smallest the perimeter can be. --> A
