Arranging the letters of the word DISCUSSION what is the probability that all 4 vowels are not together?
A) 29/30 B)19/30 C)5/6 D)1/2 E)2/3

Hi sukhman,

What is the source of this question? I ask because the 'intent' is not perfectly clear.

With the phrase 'that all vowels are not together" is that meant to mean that ALL 4 vowels are NOT together or that NO 2 vowels are together? The questions that appear on the GMAT are carefully worded to avoid this type of ambiguity.
