IMO (C)

The subject is after the verb. The subject is microcomputer. Therefore, the verb should be "is". That leaves you with B,C

Four times as many than - does not parallel.
four times AS many AS - parallels.

'as many than' is wrong idiom. Correct idiom is 'as many as'. Eliminate A, B and D

Out of C and E.

E changes the meaning of the sentence.

Actual sentence says one computer for 32 pupil. E says 32 pupil will have one computer each, means there will be 32 computers. This is not the actual meaning. Therefore, eliminate E.

C is correct.
