You have mentioned that you wrote an additional essay and submitted an additional recommendation letter. Will the B'Schools apply like that after your actual application is submitted.

Very good questions Cans but when you perform well in your work, GPA will have a very much influence in the process. GMAT and Work Exp will speak for itself. At least that is what I think

You might want to wait another year before applying. Not to say the lack of work experience will kill your app for sure, but you will need some significant experience/extra curricular activities to offset that. Also depends on what school you are applying to. Some schools tend to favor younger applicants (thus requireing less work exp) and some prefer older. You will need to do some research on the programs you are applying to

I think one year work-experience is very little. I am no admissions committee member, but I can tell you that you need to offest that little experience with a very high GMAT score; I would say above 750 if you are targeting the top 5 schools. More work experience is desirable in part-time program vs. full-time program. So you gotta know if you are applying for part-time or full-time. My undergrad GPA is 72% from India and I have two masters with GPA's of 3.4 and 3.63

I want to go for 1 year full time Masters in Finance Program.
My undergrad GPA is 8.61/10
and i have already cleared FRM level 1 exam (Finance Risk Management)
My target GMAT is 750+ only and target B-school is London School of Business.
Can you provide more information on that?
