The Application Process

Hi,

I am applying to Anderson school of business and I am not sure whom should i choose for as the second recommender.

The first recommender is my direct supervisor, and the second recommender can be a manager in the engineering department while i work in the finance, or a the supervisor on a sustainable development project in an isolated community in Brazil, this project was for 1 month.

Personally i want to present something new, that's why i am more inclined for the project's supervisor, however i am not sure how will the school perceive the 1 month period although we worked very hard on the project.
