You have a good GMAT score, GPA and an avg. acads. What about team headship and professional achievements? You need to write about these elements in your application essays and showcase the same during final interviews. As these are the deciding factors for admission in b-school, you need to work hard on them.

Your profile looks good and should earn a few checkmarks in the adcom books. Undergrad and GMAT is alright. However, these elements are just fraction of your candidature. Essays, recommendations and finally your interview play a big part in one's selection to ISB. Applicants from the IT pool also face a challenge of differentiating themselves from others having similar profiles and nature of work.

Hi Aditya,

Everything looks good with your profile. GMAT score is great and NIT and Amazon brands will help.

The only challenge your your work ex duration. ISB takes very few applicants with less than 3 years of experience. But these applicants have really diverse profiles and strong candidature.

We would recommend that you wait for one more year and then apply. In the meantime strengthen your extra currics as well.
