Hello,

First, I apologize for the delay.

I consider your list of target schools a good list - it includes some reasonable reaches (e.g., Haas) and some on-pars (e.g., NUS). I would consider your GMAT more like neutral. If you were in a really conventional IT role, it would be more of a weakness. But your work experience is distinctive and you demonstrate strong achievement, plus your GPA is very good. Moreover, your ECs are interesting - in my view not as negative as you implied. Participating in plays plus the music web site creates an arts-oriented community focus, which is a differentiator. So in that overeall context the GMAT, while not exciting, at least shouldn't hurt you. It's not low enough to stand out as low or to cause the adcoms to question your ability, especially in the context I just described.

Best regards,
