Is quadrilateral MNPQ a rectangle?
(1) At least two of the four angles are right angles.
(2) At least three of the four angles are right angles.

A) insufficient.

|_| It can be like this which is not rectangle or it can be square.

B) at least 3 angles are right angles and thus 4th is also right. (sum=360)
