What is the value of a two-digit positive integer n, . . .

What is the value of a two-digit positive integer n, where is $$n\le85\ ?$$

(1) n has 12 factors, inclusive of 1 and n itself
(2) n is a multiple of 3.

The OA is E .

It is clear that statement (2) is not sufficient, but how can I show that statement (1) is not sufficient?

Experts, may you help me here?

Are you sure you correctly transcribed the question?
If n has 12 positive factors AND n ≤ 85, then n must be 72 (unless I'm missing something)
