x-y/x+y>1? or x-y/x+y - x+y/x+y >0 or -2y/x+y>0?

1. x>0 insuf we dont know if x+y><0><0>0kai y<0><0 so insuf

taken together again we dont know if x+y>0 but only that x>0 and y<0
