It is obvious how each stmnt individually is insufficient.


Now 10s digit could be either 5 or 4

If you add 150 to 'K' if the tens digit is 4, it is ok, but if it is 5, 1 will get carried over to the hundredths digit.

Hence, the hundredths digit could be 3 or 2.

Using statement 1:

K+150 = 4XY

Where XY will be another two digits.

If K = 250, 250+150 = 400, will give me hundred digit of 2 for K
If K = 349, 349+150 = 499, will give me hundred digit of 3 for K

Perform similar operation using 2nd statement:
If K = 250, 250+25 = 375, will give me tenth 7and hundred digit of 2 for K
If K = 349, 349+25 = 374, will give me tenth 7 and hundred digit as 3 for k

Combining both two doesnt solve for unique no, so option E
