Can we have redundancy in essays?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if admission officers read all the essays in an application at once. There are certain things that I would like to include an essay, but I have already talked about it in another essay question. Should I include it again in the other essay?

From what I've heard you should stay away from redundancy. You want to give the admissions committee the most holistic (hate using that buzz word) of yourself. You should probably use that extra space to describe another facet of your life. Is there another way to weave in the part you deem redundant from another angle, without being so obvious?

My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.
