Imo yes three single digit positive numbers

Stmt I

#+@ = &

&=6 (even) and #,@ are even

2,4 or 4,2

INSUFF

Stmt II

& is even

# < @

#=2@=4
#1 @=7

INSUFF

Together:

#=2 @=4 &=6


SUFF
C

Since 0 is non positive and non negative 0 cannot be considered as positive digit. Let's say by mistake we do still the answer is C since 0+6=6 violates the three distinct positive digits condition.
