Manhattan GMAT Prep Material

by rampart73 » Wed Feb 10, 2010 11:49 am
I am preparing for my GMAT and would like to say thanks to this forum for pointing out MGMAT to me. I didn't know about it before and now I am concentrating on their study materials.
Here is my question. For someone who wants to crack 700 is the following enough or should I add on additional study materials to this list.

All 6 Manhattan GMAT guides.
OG 12
OG Supplementary Verbal (2nd edition)
OG Supplementary Quant (2nd edition)

I would recommend using the Powerscore Critical Reasoning bible for Critical Reasoning. I would get the 5 manhattan math guides, and the SC guide to go along with the critical reasoning bible. I have all of those except the MGMAT Geometry guide, so I can vouch for them.

I used only the Manhattan GMAT guides, and official GMAT guides. I got a 710, so I'm going to say yes. I also used some of Manhattan's online stuff to, I found it very helpful.

Good luck!

rampart73 how solid are you in Verbal? I'm enrolled in the MGMAT Class, so i have all of the materials, and I still have the Powerscore books. I feel that they just add some depth to the MGMAT guides. Good Luck with your prep
