(1) If n is rounded to the nearest ten and the result is then rounded to the nearest hundred, the final value differs from the result of rounding n to the nearest hundred.

(2) The tens digit of n is half the units digit of n and is twice the hundreds digit of n.

Target question:What is the ten digit of n
Statement 1
If n is rounded to the nearest hundred to the final value differs from the result of rounding n to the nearest hundred
If n=157 CASE 1
rounding to the nearest ten ; n=160
rounding to the nearest ; n=200
if n=136 CASE 2
rounding to the nearest ten; n=140
rounding to the nearest 100; n=100

Hundred Digit in case 1 are different
For rounding up to the nearest ten and hundred, this satisfies the information in statement 1, hence the ten digits of n $$n\ge5\ and\ n\le9$$
Statement 1 is SUFFICIENT.

Statement 2
The ten digit of n is half the units digit of n and is twice the hundred digit of n
if n=124==> CASE1
if n=248==>CASE2
ten digits = 4
hence statement 2 is INSUFFICIENT.

Since statement 1 alone is SUFFICIENT.
