Looking for the tens digit of positive integer r.

1)The tens digit of r/10 is 3

if r = 300

300/10 = 30. The tens digit of r is 0.

320/10=32. The tens digit of r is 2.

So this is Insuff

2) the hundreds digit of 10r is 6.

So the tens digit of r has to be 6.

10x60 = 600

Whatever the tens digit is when it multiplied by 10 will be the hundreds digit.
