(1) When the decimal is rounded to the nearest tenth, 3.2 is the result.
We can get 3.2 when we have 3.2[0-4]B6. Which means A =0,1,2,3,4
Insufficient
(2) When the decimal is rounded to the nearest hundredth, 3.24 is the result.
3.24 is the desired value and it can be possible when we round up
3.23[5-9] or 3.24[0-4] Which means A=3/4 Insufficient
Taking both of them together A=3/4
