Self study not helping! Dont know what to do..

All,

I have been studying for the GMAT from the past few months. I was able to pull my quant score from 41 to 48-49 but my verbal scores are pathetic. I am consistently scoring between 26 and 28 and I have no idea whats going on. I completed OG12, OG13, Verbal Review with good accuracy(70%-80% ) but with my 640ish scores, I feel like my MBA aspirations are doomed!

I am a non native speaker and I dream to go to UCLA part time. Experts, fellow-gmaters please help!

PS: GMAT scheduled for 03/28

Could you please give more details concerning your preparation? Have used other resources to learn theory?

Doing questions is not enough. The resources that you mention are perfect tools for testing your knowledge but it is better to learn theory from another resource specially designed to teach the theory of concepts tested in the GMAT.
The only thing that I would recommend you to do now is to study your past mistakes and then learn theory concerning question types that give you most problems. Next practice solving similar questions and see whether your accuracy has improved.
Take one test per 2-3 days, again track your mistakes and follow the work order I have described above.
