The Application Process

Where admissions411.com rates the various consultants, it has columns for "times used" and "admits." If someone used a consultant once, but for four schools, would "times used" be 1 or 4? If it is 4, then the admit data is clear, but if it is 1, then how does that correlate to the admit data? I'm trying to digest this data so any thoughts would be appreciated.
