1) y is negative
2) IyI<=1

Is the question:

|x|*y + 9 > 0. And X and Y are integers, is X < 6?

1) y is negative
2) |y| <= 1
----------------------
If it is agree the answer is E, since we can set y = -1 and get [spoiler]x = 5 or x = 7[/spoiler]. Perhaps I have misread the question though.
