I am not sure for which schools my profile is good enough.

I am Indian IT male, with GMAT score 640 and work experience of 3.5 years
out of which 1.5 year is International (In Europe.)

Team Excellence Award winner in the Current Company.
Got Appreciation for Community Service twice in a row in Europe.
Level 1 Certification in Greek (when I was in Europe).

Can you please suggest some US and Canadian schools where it is
feasible to get admission in Round 2 with my profile.

You can apply to Tulane-Freeman, Purdue, SMU Cox, Texas A&M Mays, University of Illinois- Urbana Champaign, Maryland-Smith and in Canada you can target Ivey, Rotman, UBC Sauder, McGill University. Also, I recommend for you to retake the GMAT following round 2 submission. Most schools will consider updated scores and a 640 is low for Indian applicants.
