Hello Scooby,
I thought "Antique things" was subject here and so I chose D

So how you arrive to check the subject here is Market?

the sentence broadly reads.. a market (for a and b ....) has grown out of Americas fascination with antique things.

"antique" modifies all things. the main verb is "has grown". what has grown? - a market.

if one reads making antique things the subject: -it doesnt make sense, as antique things cant grow a market by themselves.
