Just do everything that you can get your hands on. practice is the key. If the question is too simple, it won't take you a mere glance and not more than 30 secs.. what is 30 secs in the whole scheme of things.. helps in boosting confidence also.
One love, one blood, one life. You got to do what you should.

But some people are of the opinon that it is better to spend time and money on standard sources like Manhattan/OG10, 11, 12/GMAT prep etc...

they are of the opinion that there are too many problems in 1000SCs...(answers are not there and there are no official explanations available)

Others are of the opinion that 1000SCs are excellent source of Real GMAT questions...

I am a neutral and unbiased person as of now :-)....

Can someone please share which school of thought has higher weightage....?

Which questions in 1000 SC are good?
hmm good question. hard to find good questions in that doc :lol:
1000 SC doc doesn't have any explanation to the OA (answers provided in doc).

Some OA are clearly wrong, (we discussed some, on this forum but later I dropped the idea & started ignoring it.) In fact some questions/problems are wrong; if I dare say, 1000 SC is poorly made problem series.

I tried to sort questions which has wrong answers (@ 1000 SC)

@gmat740:
The 1000 SC is not sorted in order of difficulty. The difficult sums are randomly placed... By the way it's arranged in alphabetical order. :)

Hope that helps.
For more info: 1000 SC on my blog (odd reasons I've stopped writing about them on forums.)
