I get the toefl scores yesterday and I got a 104 (30,30,20,24). I think that the overall score is enough but I don't know if my 20 in speaking can be a problem.

Your overall score is good enough for most programs. However, you are right to be concerned about your 20 on speaking. I'm not convinced you need to retake the exam, but your interview will be critical for them to do their own assessment of your speaking ability. If I were you, I would not retake the test and practice speaking English to do well in the interview. But you need to be comfortable with your score, so do what you feel is best.
