You need to do your own research :)

For anyone to give you any advice, you have to speak a lot more about your short and long term goal. Picking schools is not just based on your performance on the test. You also need to look at what kind of work you want to do post MBA and then select schools that fit your profile.

Go through MBA watch to get an understanding of applicant stats at various top colleges. I'd recommend business week and usnews rankings to give you a head start. (Search the site Poetsandquants. Ample data available there.
Vineesh,
Just telling you what I know and think. I am not the expert. :)

Vineesh, thank you very much. As a branch manager, i have done everything like marketing(branding, advertisement, workshops etc), operations(Scheduling, handling people) and administration. It is more like handling the complete business for 3-4 cities. I wish to continue doing that at a higher level in education arena, like handling business for B-School or a University, this is my long term goal.
