I did one or two internships but that's hardly work experience. I want to go for my MBA right after next year, when I'm done with college, so I'm curious as to what's the best way in finding schools which are more relaxed on experience? Keep in mind, I'm fine with not going to a ultra-top school, mediocre schools are fine in my book as well.

As it turns out, some of the more highly ranked schools are paving the way in taking a closer look at applicants right out of college (such as Stanford and HBS). I don't believe there is actually a list of schools that are willing to consider applicants from college. I think the best thing for you to do is to compile a list of schools that are a good fit for you and then contact the schools to ask if they require experience. My guess is that you will find that most of your target schools are willing to consider your application.
