the question is X-Y>X+Y or if Y<0

now from 1 we get Y<-2 ...sufficient
from 2 Y=-20 ..sufficient

ans option D

pl. provide your explanation.......

Q- if X-Y>10, is X-Y> X+Y

1:X=8

2: Y=-20
Is x-y>x+y can be reduced to is -y>y? this is only possible when y is negative.

I. x=8 and x-y>10, means y<-2. so y is negative and hence SUFFICIENT.
II. y is negative and hence SUFFICIENT.
