Resources for writing and RC practices?

A little less than 40 days left until the big day.. and I need to work on idioms and writing for the essay section. Someone here recommended Chineseburned AWA guide for essay practices. Where do I find it?

Also, I'm searching for idiom resources (for practice) and RCs. Any recommendations?
