Number of integers between 101 and 350, both inclusive = (350 - 101) + 1 = 250
Now, the numbers with a hundreds digit of 2 are the numbers between 200 and 299, both inclusive.
So, number of integers with a hundreds digit of 2 = (299 - 200) + 1 = 100

Required probability = 100/250 = 2/5

The correct answer is A.
