|x-3|>/ y gretaer dan equal sign
|x-3|\< -y

|x-3|>=0
y=1;X=-6 equation holds.
y=1;X=-3; equation holds
insufficient
b) |x-3|<=-y
y>=0; -y<=0
also |x-3|>=0 (modulus property)
thus |x-3|=0 => x=3
Sufficient
