I would go wiht A

Given:
a/(b-c)=1
a= b-c
c = b-a

To find b-c/b = 1 - c/b = 1- (b-a)/b

Stmt I

Given a/b = 3/5

Possible to obtain a in term of b and hence the value 1- (b-a)/b can be found

SUFF

Stmt II

Few different values that fit the bill
a=2 b=15
a=2 b=11

INSUFF (since we get different values for 1- (b-a)/b)

Choose A
