Hi, I have the choice to apply through a fulbright schoolarchip, which can only be obtained through the sponsorship of my current employer. Of course, I have to come back at least 2 years to the same company once I´m done with the studies. Does applying as a fulbright recipient really improves my chances that dramatically as to having to commit myself to get back to the same employer?

Appreciate any thoughts on this...Thanks.

I can't really comment on the fullbright scholarship, but I think you need to decide if the company your with is where you want to be after you graduate. Does the company have the kind of position you want to be in? Do you think they will offer a competitive salary? Is it in the location that you want to be? What are the advancement opportunities like?
