I would like to confirm whether term 'and also' is wrong/redundant/correct ON GMAT ( i wrote ON GMAT because different sources have different opinions but GMAC's view is what matters). Please cite any question if you know

I'm trying to think of specific examples, but I've typically seen "and also" used as an incorrect version of "but also" in the "not only x but also y" construction.

I would say that "and also" is unlikely to be correct.

EDIT: I found an exception:

Here we can use other, more obvious errors to get to the right answer; "and also" is correct by default, essentially.
