In this question I think none of the answers (is / are) correct.

What should come above IS or ARE ? I know None can be wither Singular or Plural .

According to me the sentence should be none of the answers are correct.

As you mentioned above none can refer to both singular and plural things but here the object is plural answers therefore are should be used
