Stem: if r>0 and s>0 , is r/s<s/r ?

r/s < s/r => r^2 < s^2 (multiply each side by rs)

or, is r^2 / s^2 < 1 ?

Stmnt1: r/3s<1/4 => r/s < 3/4 hence sufficient

Stmnt2 : s=r+4

Since r>0 and s>0 , r^2 / s^2 < 1 ( r=1, s=5)
Hence sufficient.

Answer is D.
