Stm1.

D can be 0.1 or 0.9 and 2D can be either 0 or 1.

stm2.

3D=1, 0.33333< D < Approx.0.6666666
2D can be either 0 or 1.

1+2 together, 2D can be either 0 or 1?

I am also puzzled...Here OA = B.

I am not sure how....

can someone please tell how B is correct ?
