IMO A

Perimeter of a ||gram is 2x+2y where x and y are the sides.

Statement 1 gives you x+y . So 20 is 2x+2y. Sufficient

Can't think of any way to factor statement 2. Insufficient

I agree that the answer is A

But I have a different opinion about the second condition. There is a pair of integers that satisfies the condition 2: 4, 6.

But x and y don't have to be integers.
It could be that x=1 and y=sqr root 51.

Therefore B is not sufficient.
