sqrt(9)>2,x>y

sqrt(1/4)>1/3,x<y

stmt2,

x^3>y

2^3>1,x>y

3^3>4,x<y

Insuff

Combining 1 and 2,

sqrt(x)>y and x^3>y

x=2,y=1,x>y

x cannot be fraction value.To satisfy both inequality surely x must be greater than y.
