Medical doctor: Sleep deprivation is the cause of many social ills, ranging from irritability to potentially dangerous instances of impaired decision making. Most people today suffer from sleep deprivation to some degree. Therefore we should restructure the workday to allow people flexibility in scheduling their work hours.

The primary cause of sleep deprivation is not just overwork, but also the time frame of the lengthy overwork done during the day which has deprived most of their resting hours.

Option B - CORRECT.
This option has mostly justify the medical doctor argument. Employees would get more sleep if they had greater latitude in scheduling their work hours. This rescheduling is most important to workers because it helps them get more quality resting hours and also eradicate the possibility of getting impaired social ailment due to lack of quality sleep. However, this is the wish of most workers.
