After the jury gave the decision that the defendant was guilty,some of its members started questioning their decision making process[correct answers[

Should it not be

After the jury gave the decision that the defendant was guilty,some of its members started questioning ITS (or his/her ) decision making process

becuase their cannot refer to jury or its members


please explain

Nopes according to me their decision making process is correct here due to the logical meaning construction because jury is composed of members, jury doesn't make process but its the members of the jury who makes the process........ I hope I am clear
