[GMAT math practice question]

The figure shows that the arc length AB and arc length AC are the same, and ∠ BOC = 100. What is ∠ OCA?

A. 15
B. 20
C. 25
D. 30
E. 35

Since the length of the arc AB is equal to the length of the arc AC, < AOB = < AOC = (1/2)(360°-100°) = 130°.
Since OA=OC in the triangle AOC, we have < OCA = (1/2)(180°-130°) = 25°.

Therefore, C is the answer.
Answer: C
