Hi All,
MGMAT SC guide stated that below sentence is wrong because of redundancy. Could you please explain me how ?

"A tornado CAN POTENTIALLY BE overwhelming"

I could not understand what is redundant here.

A tornado CAN BE overwhelming.
A tornado is POTENTIALLY overwhelming.
Both convey the same basic meaning: that it is POSSIBLE for a tornado to be overwhelming.
