Option A:- Incorrect
This is exactly what the author has stated in his beautiful write-up ; that people's opinion about a particular country is always mono directional because of lack of alternative source of information. What he inferred isn't in this option .

Option B:- Incorrect
This is a welcome suggestion but no doable because the state departments of these countries exert a great amount of influence on this new corporation to an extent that any unwilling news media could be taken to be a spy agent from his country or perhaps lead to a diplomatic tension.

Option C:- Incorrect
This is not entirely correct because we are in an era of politics with different persons agreeing on same perspective ; one of which assuage their feelings and massage their interests. Getting news article from other sources other than states.

Option D:- correct
This will represent the most accurate news coverage. When two parties have presented a topic in different ways, and from different perspective, the readers and feelers would be the judge since the news outlets aren't in the judicial position. Theirs is just to report no matter whose ox is gored.

Option E:- Incorrect
There is no accurate news or report without hearing to different views however divergent.
