C + 6 = Charles' age 6 years from now
S - 2 = Sarah's age 2 years ago

We're told that Charles' age (in 6 years) is AT LEAST AS BIG as Sarah's age (2 years ago)
In other words, Charles' age (in 6 years) is GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO Sarah's age (2 years ago)
We can write: C + 6 ≥ S − 2

Answer: E

Six years from now, Charles will be C + 6 years old. Two years ago, Sarah was S - 2 years old. Finally, “at least as old as” means that the Charles’ age in 6 years may be equal to or greater than what Sarah’s age was 2 years ago. Thus, C + 6 ≥ S - 2.
