In the \(xy\) plane, the straight lines \(L_1\) and \(L_2\) cut the \(x\)-axis at point \(A\) and point \(C\) respectively. If \(B\) is the point of intersection of \(L_1\) and \(L_2,\) is the slope of \(AB\) positive?

(1) The angle which the line \(BC\) makes with the positive direction of \(x\)-axis is greater than \(60\) degrees and less than \(90\) degrees.

(2) Angle \(CBA\) is \(40\) degrees.
