POWERPREP Vs GMATPrep

by newuser_beatGMAT » Sat Sep 26, 2009 8:12 am
Hi,

Are POwerprep/GMATPrep comparabale to actual GMAT?

I gave one test from POWERprep got 730 and one test from GMATprep and got 710.

I found GMATPrep's Math a little difficult.

PLease advise on how Powerprep's and GMATPrep's difficulty level is compared to actual GMAT?

Thanks

I have never taken a PowerPrep CAT, but I understand most people view it as slightly easier than GMATprep. However, note that the GMAT itself has a 30-point confidence level. This means that if you score 700 in a CAT, your true level is somewhere between 670 and 730. As you can see, both your scores are pretty close to each other, so I'd say your level is somewhere in the low 700s.
