Peculiar Problem

by akhilsuhag » Sun Aug 14, 2011 12:55 am
I tend to get a lot of questions towards the end of the section wrong. It is not as if I am pressed for time. I usually finish about 10 mins early on each section. I could figure two possible reasons:

Stamina
Question difficulty

What can it be. Is it something a lot of people experience or is it just me. Also how to get rid of these errors, what can I do better. I know these final questions can really boost my score.

Thanks.

It could be question difficulty, but the adaptive nature of the test pretty much ensures that the questions will be quite difficult after 5-10 questions.

Sounds like more of a stamina issue - you might be getting careless. If you have 10 minutes to spare, you should use the time to double-check your work.

Cheers,

Thanks Brent,

Will try and look into it. I do get a good proportion of questions wrong due to carelessness and need to slow down and check.
I hope I improve on it the next time around.

thanks,
Akhil
